We are seeking a part-time Contracts Administrator to work out of our New Haven, Connecticut Area office. Some experience with the live entertainment business and unions/guilds would be preferred.
We are a small office specializing in live performance – theatre; dance; opera and theme parks, and deal mainly with set; costume; lighting; make-up and sound designers, and occasionally with directors. We have projects currently in production worldwide.
Candidates must possess the following traits:
-enthusiasm is a biggie
-being detail-oriented and organized are just as big
-the ability to work independently
-great work ethic
-computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
-Quickbooks experience would be a plus!
We are looking for a commitment on a part time basis – a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexible hours to be determined. We would like to find a capable and ambitious person who is interested in learning about the business and growing with us. The dress code is relaxed, as is the atmosphere, although we’re busy and expanding by leaps and bounds.
